Introduction
Welcome to Predicue (“we”, “our” or “us”). Predicue is an artificial intelligence-based analytical platform created specifically for traders of the Polymarket forecast market. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.
This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our website (predicue.ai), our applications, our API and any related services, sales, marketing or events (collectively, the “Services”). It describes what information we collect, how we use that information, and the choices available to you.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not access or use our Services. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Predicue is an analytics tool. We do not transact, hold funds, hold assets, or act as a broker-dealer or financial advisor. Our data practices reflect this limited, analytics-only role.
Information we collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, information that is collected automatically when you use our Services, and information from third party sources. The types of information we collect depend on how you interact with our Services.
2.1 Information you provide to us
- Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials. We use email verification with 6-digit codes - we do not collect or store passwords.
- Profile information: You can optionally provide a profile photo, biography, preferred market categories, level of trading experience, and time zone settings.
- Communication details: When you contact our support team, respond to surveys, or communicate with us via email, chat, or social media, we collect the content of those messages and any attachments.
- Payment information: If you sign up for a paid plan (Pro or Elite), our third party payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment card information. We do not store full card numbers - just the last four digits and expiration date for reference.
- Feedback and Reviews: Any feedback, feature requests, bug reports or reviews that you submit through our platform.
- Referral information: If you participate in our referral program, we collect information about your use of the referral code and the email addresses of the people you recommend (with their consent).
2.2 Information is collected automatically
- Device information: We automatically collect information about the device you use to access our Services, including device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, and device identifiers.
- Log data: Our servers automatically record information when you use our Services, including your IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URL, browser type, and the page you were on before accessing our Services.
- Usage data: We collect information about how you use our Services, including what features you access, how often you use the platform, what markets you add to watchlists, what AI queries you make, session length and interaction patterns.
- Location data: We may determine your general geographic location (country, city) based on your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS or location data.
- Performance data: Technical metrics such as page load time, error rate, API response time, and network connection type help us optimize performance.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Public data of Polymarket: We access publicly available market data through the Polymarket API, including market prices, volumes, liquidity, results and settlement data. This is publicly available information and is not personal data.
- Authentication providers: If you sign in through a third-party identity provider, we may receive basic profile information from that provider.
- Analytics Partners: We may receive aggregated, anonymous analytics data from partners to help us understand usage trends.
2.4 Information we DO NOT collect
We want to make it clear that we do not collect. Predicue does not collect your Polymarket wallet address, private keys, seed phrases, Polymarket trading history, or any blockchain transaction data unless you explicitly choose to connect your wallet and provide permission.
