Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Predicue. They govern your access to and use of our analytics platform for prediction market traders.
Acceptance of terms and conditions
By accessing or using Predicue (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Predicue Inc.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and these Terms will apply to both you and the organization.
Description of service
Predicue provides AI-powered analytical and research tools specifically designed for Polymarket prediction market traders. The service includes, but is not limited to:
- Real-time market scanning and odds tracking on over 400 prediction markets
- AI-generated advantage candidates with transparent reasoning and confidence ratings.
- Portfolio analysis, including risk analysis, correlation detection and risk assessment
- Daily and personalized market briefings, delivered via email or app.
- Access to REST API for programmatic data retrieval (Life plan)
- Watchlist management, alerts and dissertation notes
We do not transact, hold funds, hold assets or act as a broker-dealer, financial advisor or investment advisor. All information provided by Predicue is for educational, research and analytical purposes only.

No financial advice
Predicue is not a financial advisor, investment advisor or broker-dealer. Nothing on our platform constitutes investment advice, trading recommendations or an offer to buy or sell any asset, contract or security.
Trading in the prediction markets involves significant risks, including the risk of total loss of your invested capital. The past performance of any market, signal or analytical tool is not a guarantee of future results. You should not make any financial decisions based solely on the information provided by Predicue.
You are solely responsible for evaluating the benefits and risks associated with any trading decision. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
No tool, including Predicue, can honestly guarantee profits in the prediction markets. Our goal is to improve your analytical process, not tell you what to trade.
Account registration and security
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials confidential
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
- Ensuring the accuracy of your account information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period of time (more than 12 months without login).
You agree not to create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing free trials, circumventing speed limits, or engaging in any other fraudulent activities.
Subscription plans and billing
Predicue offers two access levels:

| Life | $3,000 — one-time | Permanent access to all features, including all future updates. Unlimited everything, priority signals, dedicated support, full API. |
All payments are processed through Stripe. The Life plan is a single one-time payment — there are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or renewals. Access is permanent from the moment of purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices for new customers with 30 days' prior notice. Price changes do not affect existing Life plan holders.
Return policy
6.1 Life plan
A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 100 API calls have been made. After 14 days or 100 API calls (whichever comes first), no refund will be issued. Because the Life plan is a one-time payment with permanent access, no partial refunds are available.
6.2 Trial period
The 1-Week Trial is free and does not require any payment. Refunds are not applicable.
6.3 How to request a refund
E-mail predicue@gmail.com indicating your account email and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method.
User Responsibilities
You agree:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Do not use automated bots, scrapers or crawlers to access the Service outside of the provided API.
- Do not share your account information with third parties
- Do not redistribute, resell or sublicense access to the Service or its results.
- Do not use the Service to manipulate markets, engage in insider trading, or commit fraud.
- Please provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- Please comply with any pricing restrictions associated with your subscription level.
Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or account termination without refund.
Intellectual property
All content, features and functionality of the Service - including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and artificial intelligence models - are the exclusive property of Predicue Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material on our Service except for personal, non-commercial use directly related to your trading analysis.
The results generated by the Service (briefings, signals, analysis) are provided for your personal use. You may refer to them in your own research, but you may not resell or redistribute them as a separate product.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Predicue Inc., its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and licensors are not responsible for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity.
- Any trading losses incurred based on the information provided by the Service.
- Any damages resulting from service interruptions, data inaccuracies or delays.
- Any damages that exceed the amount you paid to Predicue in the twelve (12) months prior to filing your claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Compensation for damage
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Predicue Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any trading decisions you make based on information from the Service.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of commissions
- Long-term account inactivity (12+ months)
- Abuse of the Service or other users
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, New York in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, the parties waive the right to a jury trial.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or prominently on our website at least 30 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request a refund in accordance with Section 6.
We maintain an archive of previous versions of these Terms, which is available upon request at: predicue.privacy@gmail.com.
Divisibility
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of that provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Predicue's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
